CBA Annual General Meeting
Here are the details:
- Date: Monday, 15 June 2022
- Time: 6 pm
- Location: Beca (267 High Street, Level 2, Christchurch Central)
The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer Board positions are open for election this year. These positions will be elected by the Board once the Board has been voted in by the clubs.
The agenda of the AGM is as follows:
- To receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the previous year
- To consider the business and budgets of the CBA for the forthcoming year
- To elect up to seven members to the Board for the ensuing year
- To appoint an Auditor who shall hold no other office
- To consider any business of which at least three weeks’ notice has been provided to the Secretary
- To consider any other general business
Voting shall be as follows:At a Premier Grade level (seniors), clubs shall receive one vote if they have one or more Premier team registered with the CBA:
No Junior Grade teams were registered this year therefore no additional votes are available.
Key Dates:
- 18/05/2021 Last day for any proposed alteration to the bylaws to be handed to the Secretary by 5 pm
- 25/05/2021 Last day for any proposed alteration to the Rules (Constitution) to be handed to the Secretary by 5 pm
- 25/05/2021 Last day for submission of any business to be considered at the AGM to be handed to the Secretary by 5 pm
- 25/05/2021 Nominations for the Board close (submitted to the Secretary by 5 pm)
- 15/06/2021 Voting opens from 6 pm
